概述 General

KYN61-40.5（II）型鎧裝移開(kāi)式交流金屬封閉開(kāi)關(guān)設(shè)備柜體系三相交流50Hz、額定電壓40.5kV的戶內(nèi)成套配電裝置。作為發(fā)電廠、變電站及工礦企業(yè)接受和分配電能之用，并具有對(duì)電路實(shí)行控制、保護(hù)和監(jiān)測(cè)等功能。

It is KYN61-40.5(1I) armored movable AC metal- enclosed closed switchgear with three-phase AC of 50Hz and ratedvoltage of 40.5kV, being an indoor complete power distribution device. It is used for receiving and distributing electricenergy by power station, transformer substation and industrial and mining enterprises, and can be used to control, protect and monitor circuit.

結(jié)構(gòu)說(shuō)明  Structur Description

開(kāi)關(guān)柜按GB3906和GB/T11022標(biāo)準(zhǔn)而設(shè)計(jì)。整體由柜體和可抽出部分（手車）組成，隔室結(jié)構(gòu)布局延續(xù)了KYN61-40.5的優(yōu)點(diǎn)，電氣性能有較大的提升，并在生產(chǎn)工藝、產(chǎn)品外觀等方面做了眾多改進(jìn)。

Switchgear is designed as per GB3906 and GB/T11022 standard. The Switchgear is composed of body and withdrawable part (handcart). Structural layout and electrical performance of compartments maintain the advantages of KYN61-40.5, improve electrical performance, and make improvements in production process and product appearance.

1、外觀新穎、平整、簡(jiǎn)潔，色調(diào)統(tǒng)一、厚重，比例協(xié)調(diào);

2、可選配：中國(guó)產(chǎn)真空斷路器( ZN85-40.5/3AV3 )、 ABB公司空斷路器( VD4-40.5)、阿?，mSF6斷路器( FP4025D )、施耐德SF6斷路器(SF2 )，同類斷路器具有互換性，更換簡(jiǎn)單、方便;

3、具有簡(jiǎn)單、可靠的“五防”聯(lián)鎖功能，防止誤操作;

4、高壓室內(nèi)的二次線槽采用全金屬防護(hù)，運(yùn)作更安全、可靠;

5、具有更人性化的人機(jī)界面，方便操作;

6、更高的電氣性能，除相間外，其它位置均為空氣絕緣;

7、成套高低壓開(kāi)關(guān)柜外殼防護(hù)等級(jí)IP4X，手車室打開(kāi)狀態(tài)下，防護(hù)等級(jí)IP2X。

1. The product possesses novel, flat and concise appearance; unified and balanced color as well as harmonious proportion;

2. Optional: domestic vacuum circuit breaker (ZN85-40.5/3AV3), vacuum circuit breaker manufactured by ABB company (VD4-40.5), SF6 breaker manufactured by AREVA (FP4025D), SF6 breaker manufactured by Schneider(SF2); breakers of the same kind are interchangeable easily and simply.

3. It has simple and reliable "five-prevention" interlocking function to prevent misoperation;

4. All-metal protection is adopted for secondary wire slot in the high- pressure chamber to ensure safe and reliableoperation;

5. Humanized human-machine interface facilitates operation;

6. It owns high electrical performance, and all the positions are air isolation except spaces between compartments.

7. Protection grade of enclosure is IP4X, and the protection grade is IP2X under the status of opening handcart compartment.
